An Auckland man charged following a tour bus crash that killed five Chinese tourists near Rotorua has appeared in court. Four adults and one young child died when the bus rolled on State Highway 5 in Ngatira on September 4. The 38-year-old man charged, a Chinese national who lives in Auckland, is facing a charge of careless use of a motor vehicle causing death.
