Its main competitor Grameenphone posted a 22.4 per cent profit growth for the quarter. Robi intends to use 98.5 per cent of the Tk 523.8 crore IPO proceeds for network expansion, especially 4G. Talks of Robi's listing have been going on since 2013. In 2019, Robi's profit stood at Tk 16.9 crore, down 92.1 per cent from the previous year.
