The case is being investigated under Sections 395 and 397 of the Penal Code for armed robbery that provides an imprisonment for up to 20 years and whipping, on conviction, he added. The 28-year-old bride, known only as Choo, said she was in the middle of her wedding preparations when the robbery took place. Choo said the situation at the time was chaotic and she only realised that they were being robbed when the armed suspects told her family to remain inside the bedroom. “This is a very unique wedding experience that I will never forget, and for the wrong reasons,” she added.
