As the two quarrelled, the other youth allegedly attacked Mr. Tageja from behind and hit him on the head with an iron road. Mr. Tageja said that the attacker hit him around 16 times. Later, the police were also informed about the incident, but Mr. Tageja accused them of a delayed response. After seven hours, I finally got a call from an official from Malviya Nagar at 5 a.m. on Friday,” said Mr. Tageja.
