Revived hunter choppered to Rotorua HospitalSUPPLIED Trustpower TECT Rescue Helicopter flew the injured hunter to Rotorua Hospital. An elderly hunter has been airlifted to Rotorua Hospital after nearly drowning. Trustpower TECT Rescue Helicopter pilot Todd Dunham said the man's friend fished him from the river successfully performing CPR on him. GOOGLE Remote Ruatahuna Valley in the Urewera's, is 50km southeast of Rotorua. The Trustpower helicopter flew the man to Rotorua Hospital.
