Each has razor-sharp focus and the experience is clearly as much a spiritual journey for them as a physical one. A later spinning sequence starts off mesmerising but begins to look painfully dizzying after a minute or so, and the audience's interest can be felt waning. Beyond Time is calming and hypnotic, but a quiet, open mind is essential in order to get the best from this show.
