Revenue Minister Kagodu Thimmappa said his department is planning to withdraw all outsourcing businesses and recruit personnel for delivery of various services. “Outsourcing of services to vendors is painful for customers, primarily because they are not disciplined and irregular in providing services to citizens,” he said. Outsourcing of services to private vendors began during the S.M. The department would recruit personnel and office-cum-residential facilities would be provided to village accountants for creation of land records, the Minister said. The department outsourced services to Atalji Janasnehi Kendras across the State.
