MACHANG: Return the property or money stolen from the people, or be prepared to be investigated, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has told a political leader. "I have stressed three times, including tonight, that you must return the money and property you have stolen from the people," he said. "If not, I will ask the authorities to investigate, including by going to the person’s house, office and checking the accounts," he said without naming the leader. "What was stolen, will be taken back," he saidHe said wrongdoings could not be justified. This, he said, was to save the country and to curb misappropriation of funds meant to help the people.
