Retired Supreme Court (SC) Associate Justice Justo P. Torres Jr. has died at the age of 90, according to the SC Public Information Office (PIO). The SC En Banc mourns the passing today of its 138th Associate Justice, Hon. Justo P. Torres Jr. who served on the Court from March 11, 1996 to November 1, 1997.
