NILAI: Residents in Desa Palma here experienced a brief panic due to the sound of an explosion early Monday (Dec 22) morning, Sinar Harian reports. Nilai OCPD Supt Johari Yahya told the Malay language daily that the police received an emergency call at around 6:30am Monday.
