Gagne hopes that the second vaccine doses, which Manitoba has pledged to all personal care home residents by early March, will provide an added level of protection for some of the province's most vulnerable. So far 19 residents have tested positive for COVID-19 and a woman in her 90s died from the illness on Saturday.
