Ole Miss fired head football coach Matt Luke on Sunday, according to multiple reports, three days after the Rebels finished the regular season at 4-8 with a crushing loss at rival Mississippi State. The defeat dropped Luke to 15-21 across three seasons leading Ole Miss. Luke, 43, played at Ole Miss as an offensive lineman from 1995-98, then coached for the Rebels as an assistant from 2002-05 before stints with Tennessee and Duke.
