But damn, does ‘To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before’ stick just about every landing, in part by reshaping misogynistic and shallow tropes. In “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before,” an Asian-American girl gets to be the heroine, not the sidekick or the caricature.
