This week kicked off the live show portion of America’s Got Talent, held at the Dolby Theater. Two of the golden buzzer earners—both 14-years-old, both girls, both singers—put on fantastic shows that couldn’t be more different. On the show, however, she’s turned that pain into an immensely moving act, only enhancing her natural talent by infusing it with emotion and story. Their presence on the show was an ode to AGT’s penchant for virality potential of their acts over any discernable talent. Semi-finals will be held on September 4thand 11thwith their respective results shows airing on September 5thand 12th on NBC.
