The bodies have been exhumed this evening and handed over to respected families,” Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Kupwara, Ambarkar Shriram Dinkar said. All the bodies were buried Tangdhar Sector’s Badwan area. Hurriyat chairman Syed Ali Geelani said it was a matter of concern that the families were being denied the remains of their relatives.
