The video showed three masked men displaying weapons. The outfit’s self-styled ‘divisional commander’ Hamza Burhan asked people to stay away from Army, CRPF and police deployments. However, four missing youth — Tawseef Ahmad Wani, Sameer Ahmad Seh, Nawaz Ahmad Wagay and Aijaz Ahmad Paul from south Kashmir —posted messages on the social media pledging allegiance to the outfit in May this year.
