KUALA LUMPUR: The special task force set up to investigate the Darul Quran Ittifaqiyah tahfiz school fire has visited the religious school. The team of six arrived at the school here in Kampung Datuk Keramat, at around 1.30pm Saturday. Dr Ahmad Zahid, who chairs the task force, said it would comprise ministers including heads of departments from relevant safety, education and enforcement agencies. On Thursday, a pre-dawn fire claimed the lives of 21 students and two teachers at the religious school on Jalan Datuk Keramat. Meanwhile, the school's management staff has set up a donation box in front of the school.
