KUALA LUMPUR: Three of the 23 victims of the fire that gutted Darul Quran Ittafaqiyah tahfiz school have been laid to rest at the Jalan Ampang Muslim Cemetery here. Brothers Azkar Dariemi F. Zaskar, eight and Azkar Abiedi F. Zaskar, 11, were buried in the same grave as their cousin Muhammad Afiq Haqimie Hairulizwan, 11. Before that, solat jenazah (funeral prayers) for the three were offered at Madrasah Insaniah Hospital Kuala Lumpur at about 5pm. Hundreds of family members, friends and even members of the public came to pay their last respects. The remains of Nik Muhammad Ridzuan Nik Azalan, 12, arrived at the cemetery for burial at 7.50pm.
