Reigning champions Ross Field and Quentin Savage got their title defence off to a perfect start with a narrow victory on the opening round of the 2019 Amiran Kenya National Rally Raid Championship. Based at Kedong Ranch, the two-day Amiran Simba Rally Raid was comprised of four stages totalling 180 kilometres of dusty action. Jon, who is a former Raid winner as both a co-driver and as a driver, now completes the set with a win on bikes too! TV highlights from the opening round will be screened this week but a full length round up of all the action will be aired on our dedicated Youtube page in the next few days. The second round of the 2019 Amiran Kenya National Rally Raid Championship will be held over the weekend of 22 and 23 June.
