ODM party leader Raila Odinga's tweet on 'reggae music again' has left Kenyans in stitches. “I woke up to Busy Signal’s – Reggae music again hit. This tweet was attributed to the joy Raila had after over 24 county assemblies needed to pass the BBI Bill to the next stage. Reggae is a music genre with deep links to Rastafari, an Afrocentric religion that was developed in the 1930s in Jamaica. With the passing of the Bill, Raila has exuded confidence that Kenya will go into referendum.
