Mitch Moreland tied the game with an RBI double and Rafael Devers won it when his high-bouncing grounder cleared a draw-in Jays infield. Freddy Galvis had three singles and an eighth-inning homer against Boston on Thursday. Toronto found its home-run stroke again, with Justin Smoak and Rowdy Tellez homering in a five-run third inning and Galvis hitting his team-leading fourth to break a 5-5 tie in the eighth. He was a big part of that Tuesday meeting, telling younger players not to sweat their numbers right now.
