AFTER rescuing residents who were trapped during the floods, Philippine Red Cross (PRC) volunteers, equipped with payloaders, are back to help clear the streets full of mud and debris in Marikina and Rizal. PRC also installed a water tanker in Rodriquez, Rizal to provide clean water to affected barangays. “The Philippine Red Cross is always there to help and give assistance wherever and whenever we are needed. This is not just about giving help, this is also about giving them hope to get through these disasters,” PRC Chairman and CEO Sen. Richard Gordon said.
