The New York Red Bulls bid farewell to Michael Amir Murillo on Friday after the defender was transferred to Belgian club RSC Anderlecht. According to NYRB sporting director Denis Hamlett, the team received allocation money in the deal that “will be invested back into improving our roster in this transfer window.”Murillo, 23, collected one goal with six assists in 22 games this past season and had four goals with 10 assists over three seasons with the Red Bulls.
