Receptionists should up their etiquette game, and be receptive as their name suggests. I just can’t swallow the gripe from receptionists who have that job courtesy of my need to get their attention and politeness. They are the face of their companies, and when they become egotistical, they give a bad image to their employer. But what annoys me the most is getting that objection from persons who are in their position to serve me. We live in a staunch capitalist nation; everyone is smart, busy and vulgar.
