Lacson said Friday. ‘’National dignity is part and parcel of diplomacy,’’ Lacson, a former Philippine National Police (PNP) chief and chairman of the Senate public order and dangerous drugs committee, stressed. ‘’To allow the country to be a regular dumping ground of toxic garbage by another country smacks of arrogance aside from the health hazards that it brings to our people,’’ he said. The garbage in container vans have been kept in Tarlac province.
