Elsie Harley-Sherratt, 3, of Geraldine gets her face painted at the 2018 Geraldine Arts and Plants Festival which has been rebranded the Geraldine Festival for 2019. After 30 consecutive years the Geraldine Arts & Plants Festival is rebranding. Organiser Pauline Denzey said the event's "facelift" to the Geraldine Festival was to better represent the many facets of it to the public. In 2019, the rebranded Geraldine Festival will hold a musical talent contest, Battle of the Sounds with a $5000 top prize. The Battle of the Bands will also be staged as musical talent compete for a $5000 first prize up for grabs.
