The winner of the Denmark Open Super Series Premier last week will next face world No 1 Tai Tzu Ying of Taiwan for a spot in the semi-final. Ratchanok just stunned the Taiwanese 21-14 20-22 21-14 in the semi-final last week in Denmark and levelled their head-to-head record to 8-8. In the mixed doubles second round, Dechapol Puavaranukroh and Puttita Supajirakul upset third seed Praveen Jordan and Debby Susanto of Indonesia 21-16 21-15. They will play Mathias Christiansen and Christinna Pedersen of Denmark in the quarter-finals.
