New Delhi, Aug 23 (PTI): Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will visit the Kashmir Valley for two days beginning Wednesday, to review the situation and hold talks with a cross-section of people. This is Rajnath’s second visit in a month to the valley, which has seen violent clashes between mobs and security forces since the July 8 death of Hizb-ul Mujahideen terrorist Burhan Wani in an encounter with security forces. So far 65 people, including two policemen, have been killed and several thousand injured. The home minister had said the Centre wants an emotional relationship with the state and not just need-based. Rajnath had said the central government will talk to whosoever needed once peace and normalcy is restored in the state.
