The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for rain across parts of south London and Kent, which is in place today from 5am until 11:59pm. Throughout the course of Saturday morning London is forecast for heavy rain showers, spreading south and south east during the morning and lasting until the early afternoon. These rain showers are predicted to be more focused towards southern and south eastern areas, with the possibility of thunderstorms in some areas.
