The Riverton Car Show with 200 vehicles on displayThe temperature was low but spirits were high at the Riverton car show at the weekend, with more 200 cars at the annual event. On display were many rare and classic cars from heavily modified hot rods to mint condition classics. Anderson said the club, started about 12 years ago, was set up because there was a lack of car clubs around, even though there were many classic car owners in the community. "A couple of guys got together and said we should start a car club, because there were so many cars in Riverton but no club."
