Jubilee Vice Chair David Murathe has insisted that ODM leader Raila Odinga will clinch the Presidency in the August 9, polls. Speaking to Citizen TV on Tuesday evening, Murathe said the ODM leader will garner 64 per cent of the total votes cast. Murathe added that Raila will bag more votes from the Mt Kenya region than what he will get in his Luo Nyanza backyard. At the same time, he said Raila's win is not pegged on the political direction the Mt Kenya region will take. He noted that the defections are inconsequential considering many incumbent MPs hardly retain their seats in the Mt Kenya region.
