The move comes as one of two new Southland cases, announced today, was being transferred to Dunedin Hospital. A statement released by the SDHB said at Dunedin Hospital, Southland Hospital and Lakes District Hospital, maternity wards will only allow one nominated support person or visitor per woman for the duration of their stay.
