"The purchase of these facilities increases Radius Care's brownfield development pipeline and gives Radius Care ownership of the aged care facilities adjacent to two co-located retirement villages that it owns and operates," it said today. Settlement will be partly in cash and new Radius shares in to Ohaupo Holdings. The business was established in 2003 to meet the growing demand for aged care and associated health care services.
