Oliver Mcnab, 34, was found on Wednesday as officers from the Radcliffe Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) were on patrol in the town centre following community concerns about anti-social behaviour. Mcnab was convicted for his failing to appear at court for the original offence of possession of an offensive weapon.
