Workers took the streets at Mirpur's Kalshi, Rokeya Sarani, and Pallabi areas and tried to block the roads on Tuesday morning. Garment workers have also blocked Airport Road, in Uttara's Abdullahpur area, for a third consecutive day. The protesters then proceeded to block Airport Road around noon. Till the filing of this report, one side of both Airport Road and Kalshi Road remain blocked. Clashes in Gazipur resulted in 14 people—including members of law enforcement agencies—being injured.
