KUALA LUMPUR: Some RM100,000 worth of ganja were seized folowing several raids on a syndicate masterminded by a Nigerian college student. A total of nine people- eight Nigerian men aged between 25 and 42 and a 34-year-old Ugandan woman - were detained. Among those detained is the 36-year-old Nigerian man, who was studying Business Administration at a private college in Cheras. “Some 24.5kg of ganja worth RM100,00 were seized from the syndicate. “While the drugs seized were for the local market, the syndicate also exported drugs to several countries including the United States and Canada.
