The arrestees are Chowdhury Hamdan bin Firoze, alias Muhit, 43, and Ruhullah Atique, alias Nurullah, 32. A statement released by Additional Superintendent of Police Md Shakil Ahmed of RAB-11 confirmed that Firoze had trained militant activists in Kung Fu, a branch of Chinese martial arts. He had trained militants in Kung Fu and transferred money from the militant group to the relatives of arrested activists. He got involved in militancy later in the same year under the influence of Abdul Gaffar, an arrested militant who was also his close relative. Ruhullah joined the notorious Tamim-Sarwar group in 2016 and began to act as a recruiter for the terror outfit.
