"There's no deterrent at all, we are too soft, our justice system is an absolute tragedy, people get away frankly with murder. She added: "I don't think our justice system works in any way." This can involve officers attending areas around clubs and bars undercover to protect women, as well as increased patrols as people leave at closing time.
