Quebec Culture Minister Nathalie Roy has ordered an independent firm to look into how the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts (MMFA) is managed, following the abrupt firing of the museum's former director and chief curator, Nathalie Bondil. Michel de la Chenelière, who chairs the board, said an investigation prompted by harassment complaints last fall revealed serious problems that couldn't be ignored.
