A Quezon City Regional Trial Court (QCRTC) has rejected the bail petition of the two suspects in the killing of professional racer Ferdinand “Enzo” Pastor, his mother said on Tuesday. Remy Pastor, who was present during the hearing, said QCRTC Branch 85 Judge Juris Dilinila-Callanta denied bail to suspects Domingo “Sandy” de Guzman, the alleged mastermind in the killing; and police officer Edgar Angel, the alleged gunman. Since the two suspects’ bail petition was denied, De Guzman, who is locked up at Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig City; and Angel would remain in jail. She said they have been in constant communication with Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguire II for the arrest of Dahlia. Remy said the P1-million bounty from President Rodrigo Duterte for informants who could provide leads on the arrest of Dahlia still holds.
