When you step onto the ice with Canadian national team captain Marie-Philip Poulin, even to do an interview, you realize very quickly that this is one special hockey player. We want to keep doing that, for those little girls who are playing now, and one day, they can make a living out of playing hockey. I love training, I love sweating, I love training on the ice, off the ice, and it’s something I cherish every day. I know I have to have my best game playing against her because I know she will always bring her best game. They are always in the back of my mind when I’m training and when I’m playing.
