LAHORE: The Punjab government has allowed the use of drone technology in the agriculture sector to enhance the productivity of different crops. The people who are interested in the use of this technology could submit their applications to the agriculture deputy director of their respective area. He would refer all applications to the relevant persons in this regard. After proper analysis, a no-objection certificate (NOC) would be granted specifying the area, time and duration for the use of drone technology. A policeman might also be appointed with the operator of a drone at the time of flying.
