CBC Saskatoon is proud to sponsor Winterruption at home 2021. Winterruption (Saskatoon) launched in January 2015 and has since become a well-loved, annual, multi-day festival that gave thousands of people a reason to get out of their house in the longest, coldest, darkest month of the year. In light of COVID-19 restrictions and public health, the festival was not held in Jan 2021 – but will occur as "Winterruption at home" on March 26 & 27. All performers will be webcast from a safe and closed environment in the Broadway Theatre, and show will run 7.30-9.30pm on both evenings. "They will share their stories in alternating slots with the live performers, all of whom were excited to be part of this 'variety-night' atmosphere."
