A formal complaint has been submitted against Hasanul Haq Inu, president of Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JaSod), in connection with the killing of seven individuals during the July Uprising in Kushtia. The court set Sept 29 for the charge framing hearing, with an order to present Inu in court on that day. Prosecutor Md Mizanul Islam said, “In Sheikh Hasina’s words, Hasanul Haq Inu was her fellow warrior; we submitted a total of eight formal charges against him. The tribunal-2 has accepted eight complaints against Inu, considering our formal charges and related documents. Citing the phone conversation, Mizanul also said: “You tell your local leaders how to curb the protests.
