Players have had to learn to hit the ball harder too, something any young player is going to enjoy practicing. Fielding is another skill that has benefited hugely from T20 cricket. It is not everyone's favourite format but it is certainly here to stay and the challenge to young players is to develop their T20 skills as these are skills that are useful for all formats of cricket.
