On Wednesday, “The Daily Show” aired a mashup of the White House press secretary fielding questions not from anxious journalists but from a classroom full of rambunctious 5-year-olds. The clip even pokes fun at a recent confrontation in which Spicer demanded that April Ryan, the Washington bureau chief for American Urban Radio Networks, stop shaking her head during a press briefing last week. “It’s my turn!” a student named April shouts, referring to getting to feed the classroom fish. “At some point, April, you’re going to have to take no for an answer,” Spicer says. “You’re shaking your head — take no for an answer.”Check out the full segment above.
