The FBI and U.S. federal prosecutors have said that they want to interview Prince Andrew about his ties to dead financier Jeffrey Epstein. “The Southern District of New York and the FBI have contacted Prince Andrew’s attorneys and requested to interview Prince Andrew and to date Prince Andrew has provided zero cooperation,” Berman said, according to ABC News. He called Epstein “one of the worst pedophiles in modern American history.”However, “any competent lawyer would be giving the same advice to Prince Andrew,” Stephens said. One of those alleged victims, Virginia Giuffre, says she was trafficked by Epstein and forced to have sex with Prince Andrew and others when she was 17. She said recently called on Prince Andrew to admit “what happened,” but he insists he has no recollection of ever meeting her, and categorically denies the allegations.
