The office at 1 Newmarket Avenue, in Trowbridge, which used to house the Wiltshire Times, has been valued at £975,000. The Times moved into the building in 2019, after leaving its previous Duke Street home. The Duke Street offices and printworks were subsequently redeveloped to create six cottages and three contemporary apartments. They are called Times Cottage, Editors Cottage, Lansdown Cottage, Reporters Cottage, Printworks Cottage and Press Cottage. According to the Times, Newmarket Avenue is being marketed by Cooper and Tanner and Carter Jonas, and consists of 19,502 square feet, with “extensive parking” included.
