Preston North End & Hull City charged for brawl at end of Championship match

Preston North End and Hull City have been charged by the Football Association for failing to control their players and technical staff in their recent Championship game. There was a brawl deep into injury time of the game at Deepdale - that the visitors won 3-0 - sparked by a red card for North End's Milutin Osmajic. The Montenegro forward, 26, was sent off for a headbutt on Tigers midfielder John Lundstram. While he was walking off, there was an ensuing melee for which Preston first-team coach Peter Murphy and Hull's goalkeeping coach, Erbil Bozkurt, were also sent off. Both clubs have until this Wednesday, 28 January, to respond.
