President Duterte’s SONA will awaken the patriot in every Filipino — AndanarPresident Duterte’s first State of the Nation Address will awaken the patriot in every Filipino, Information Secretary Martin Anadanar told the media in a press briefing at The Royal Mandaya Hotel Davao, Sunday. Based on estimates, President Duterte’s SONA may last for 38 minutes or longer. Andanar described the address – which was personally written by the President – as a “powerful” speech. “Ganun po kaganda, ganun po makabagbagdamdamin yung speech ng pangulo natin,” he added. “The first time I read the speech, it made me cry,” the Presidential Communications Secretary revealed.
